First, go to Administrate>Manage users.
Select 'IPR settings'.
Click 'Edit folder permissions for user'.
You can now select what access a user has and then you click 'Submit' at the bottom of the page.
When a user has already been given access to some folders you may see a few of the tick boxes are greyed out. This means that at some locations the user doesn't have access. You can check which ones by clicking on the Folder name.
When you have clicked on a folder, to then give access to a location just tick the relevant boxes and click 'Submit'.
