Release notes: Micad Audit app v.2.0.5 (27423)

This version includes the following:

• When the app syncs, it will only download audits whose results have changed, because it checks result_version_id; this prevents a possible cause of data loss.  The update of result_version_id is logged.
• While answers and answer data (comments, photos) are being saved, a swirly is displayed.  This avoids users clicking on the answer again before the data is saved and thus losing the data
• Some defensive code and logging to catch any failure to record the number of answers
• The app was previously unable to parse No Access Reasons on a downward sync, as the server does not send IDs for them; the app now adapts to this
• The app can now accommodate a space left after an email address when signing off, so as to cope with an auto-filled address. This was already fixed on login, but overlooked on sign-off.
• For Android, adaptation to 16k page boundary
