IPR 3.9 New User interface

IPR’s new UI (User Interface) has been restyled inline with the Micad application suite. Along with the obvious colour scheme changes.

There are some minor changes on forms and form controls where modernisation has taken place. The left menu has been tidied up and uses a logical structure, otherwise the functionality and left menu order and content remains the same.
